SHIPPING POLICY

We use Australia Post for all our shipping.  $10 flat rate for standard shipping or express shipping from $14 (calculated by weight).     

International shipping is available through Australia Post using their ‘Standard International‘ service.   Customers are responsible for any international custom levies or taxes which may apply.  

All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

All orders are shipped within 3 business days with tracking via Australia Post, you should receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped. 
 

As a small business we are passionate about customer service.  Please reach out to us prior to purchasing should you have any questions or concerns. If you have received your yarn and you don't love it, please contact us via email within 7 days to work out a resolution.
